Privacy notice

Effective October 18, 2026

Valley Bot Works (owned by Gustavo Cadena) (“Valley Bot Works,” “we”) runs valleybotworks.com.

What we collect. This website has no ads, no analytics trackers, and sets no cookies. If you email us, call us, or (once it is turned on) use our contact form, we receive what you send: for example your name, business name, email address, phone number, preferred language, and your message. Our web host (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site. Your language choice (English/Spanish) is saved only in your own browser.

AI handles our inbox. Email sent to hello@valleybotworks.com is read and answered by AI software (bots), 24/7. Just ask if you want a person to reply.

How we use it. Only to reply to you, give you a quote, provide the services you ask for, and keep basic business records. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who else sees it. Only the service providers we use to run the business, such as our web host, our email provider, and the AI software that helps answer email. They handle your information for us. We may also share it if the law requires.

Your choices. Email us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. We’ll answer within 30 days.

Do Not Track. We don’t track visitors across other websites, so we treat every visitor the same way whether or not their browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal. We do not allow other companies to track you across websites through our site.

Changes. If we change this notice, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
